Megan Larson
Megan Larson joined Efficient Markets in October 2025 as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. She has nearly 15 years of finance and communications experience in the energy industry, spanning across roles in corporate banking and investor relations, in addition to several years’ experience in the journalism industry. Most recently, Megan was Senior Investor Relations Advisor at Murphy Oil Corporation, where she assisted with all aspects of investor relations and communications.
Megan graduated with a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. She holds the Investor Relations Charter (IRC)® and was named a 2025 National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) Rising Leaders Under 40. An avid sailor, Megan is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed 25-Ton Master and U.S. Sailing certified Club Race Officer. Megan also volunteers in numerous capacities across NIRI Houston, the Houston Yacht Club and Women’s Energy Network – Houston.
