Originally formed in 1999, EnergyNet was the first, and leading, online oil and gas marketplace for buyers and sellers to transact on their own terms and timelines. EnergyNet’s disruptive platform model combined technology and expertise to reinvent how assets were bought and sold. With a focus on transparency, reliability, and efficiency, the Company’s marketplace platform and advisory services have since established dominance across real asset classes, broadening from traditional energy to government lease and sale listings, real estate, alternative energy, and other commodities.

Our commitment to oil and gas is unwavering and will continue, but our marketplace platform and personal approach to curating asset transactions transcends any individual asset class. To reflect the growth and strength of our platform, Efficient Markets was formed in 2024 in recognition of the Company’s success in becoming the established, competitive, and efficient marketplace for more than just oil and gas assets.
