Utah Land Sale Auction FAQs

Within 4 hours of the close of bidding, you will receive an email containing the invoice showing the total amount owed for the successful auction(s). If you do not receive the emails within 4 hours, please call the Government Resources Team at (866) 364-4688.

Submit the payment for the parcel and all fees within 1 business day to the State of Utah Trust Lands as indicated on the invoice you receive.

Remittance to the State of Utah Trust Lands may be made by wire transfer or check. Full remittance instructions appear on the invoice.

If the payer differs from the bidder, simply reference the parcel information with the payment.
